Question Is it safe to use isopropyl alcohol 91% on CPU pins

So today I had to take out new ryzen 5 3600 and i guess I went overboard with the thermal paste but I got some on the cpu pins only like 5-6 I got the majority of the big stuff just can't get the small nith gritty stuff is it safe to use a toothbrush with alcohol on it and.softly brush it off and let it dry before putting back in

The alcohol itself is safe to use, however those pins are very prone to bending and breaking at the slightest use of force.
If you are sufficiently careful it should be fine.
