Is my 5770 dying or is it a driver issue?

Guys I need some help with this, this only happens with 2 or more monitors attached, I have switched out the monitors and it happens in every case EXCEPT when it's a SINGLE monitor. Is it a hardware related issue or software? Is it the drivers or settings, or is the GPU going bad?

YOu removed the vid, not much I can do. MAybe it overheats with 2 monitors? upgrade ur drivers first.

I am thinking it is your setting plus maybe drivers . Because when you use just one monitor it works just fime so that tell me it is more settings then anything else. You could post your specs just incase it is a hardware problem.
