Question is My CPU Cooked??

So, my problem is that my CPU is only using 10-15% load and the temp is 80c

my CPU has been working fine for the past year but today after I started up Cyberpunk 2077 with DreamPunk Mod it was running really hot CPU around 85c so I decided to not play
I shut my pc off for a while to let it cool down then I launched Kingdom come Deliverance and it was only using 15% load and now resting at 80c
normally with kingdom come I have it at ultra on all graphic setting its at 15% load and only getting up to 40-50c I've been doing a YouTube Series on KCD for the past week and the Load and Temp has stayed the same until I decided to play Cyber Punk

Is My CPU Cooked?? Should I buy a new one??

My PC Specs
Case: Corsair 5000D
MB: ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950x
GPU: RTX 4090 Suprim
Ram: 32gGB

I have 3 fans on front blowing in, 1 fan on back blowing Out, and 2 fans on CPU Radiator blowing up and out

apparently, you have to do a stress test on the CPU before it configures your temps and power usage, and I did not do that for an entire year due to my pc being very powerful I did not give my CPU a good enough squeeze until I launched Cyberpunk 2077 with DreamPunk mod to make everything photo realistic.

**If anyone in the future is seeing this post and has the "Ryzen 9 7950x" and are worried about your CPU temps rising above 80c don't worry apparently that is how it supposed to run and can handle above 95C.**

My Case is the Corsair 5000D
motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F

also everything is fully up to date CPU, Motherboard and GPU

Check/Clean the cpu cooler and its tension, reapply thermal paste.

ill give that a try, I'll have to try that tomorrow I'm out of thermal paste ATM
