[SOLVED] Is my current PSU adequate?

I am about to build my first PC and I purchased an evga 650W G3 (80+ gold rating), but some PSU wattage calculators say that this is the bare minimum. Should I have gotten a 750W psu?
I don't plan on doing any major OC for the cpu.

The custom part is a NZXT HUE 2 lighting controller (with the four 6 inch strips it comes with) and two 120mm rgb fans to replace the stock case fans

Nah, you're good. Estimated wattage is 375W. You've got plenty of room for overclocking, LED strips, etc.

Well other sites for wattage calculation say between 550 and 650 Watts (depending on the site)
Should I trust PCPartPicker over them?

Idk what calculators you were using or how they were calculating; but from looking at the Tom'sHardware review of the Ryzen 7 3700X and the RTX 2070, I'd say that 375W is pretty darn close. CPU and GPU combined will pull around 300W. Then, there's everything else, which is usually between 50W - 100W.
