Question Is My graphics Card artifacting or defective ?

Here is the problem , I have Gygabite Rx 6600 Eagle , Paired with r5 5600x , 16 ram , Gta 5 was freezing when loading city or something , 0.1% fps dropped to 0 , And Then I played fortnite was freezing in lobby , spawn map , landing and after that It was having good fps , When I turn on dx 12 It showes this type of "artifacts" , Also in shadow of tomb rider It showed some kind of lindes on npc and lora , and on boxes and everything . I reinstalled drivers Installed first ones , then I updated again and It helped with only tomb rider artifacts. Can this be that my NEW Gpu is dying or needs to be replaced or Its broken ? , Temperatures are good , 3D Mark Timespy 7500 without overcloking , when overclocked 8300.

Okay at this point talk to the seller about a replacement or somthing. Minecraft can run on like a pc from 1993. Lol.

Yes So I am back with the great news , Not so great. So I DDU in safe mode installed 21.10.2 drivers and run benchmarks. So on the 21.10.2 drivers These were the benchmarks .
22-02-2022, 05:41:59 javaw.exe benchmark completed, 54439 frames rendered in 488.125 s ( Minecraft )
Average framerate : 111.5 FPS
Minimum framerate : 55.2 FPS
Maximum framerate : 120.6 FPS
1% low framerate : 39.0 FPS
0.1% low framerate : 21.3 FPS

22-02-2022, 05:50:36 FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe benchmark completed, 29479 frames rendered in 150.266 s
Average framerate : 196.1 FPS
Minimum framerate : 45.8 FPS
Maximum framerate : 513.7 FPS
1% low framerate : 15.8 FPS
0.1% low framerate : 4.7 FPS

After this I Installed the new drivers 22.2.2 And here are the benchmarks
22-02-2022, 06:17:51 javaw.exe benchmark completed, 25494 frames rendered in 249.016 s
Average framerate : 102.3 FPS
Minimum framerate : 0.9 FPS
Maximum framerate : 120.6 FPS
1% low framerate : 1.7 FPS
0.1% low framerate : 0.9 FPS
It Run worse, But Still both benchmarks are Bad , I think there is hardware GPU Problem.
Fortnite Run Literally The same , Same freezing But Lower 0.1% (forgot to press end benchmark) On 3 Round of matches.

It didnt even run over 50w Power draw in minecraft or fortnite.
Is this the GPU hardware problem 100% ? Please help.

Can overclock it , Can see everything on msi afterburner , Its weird I dont know

Then you pc can recognise the GPU I think. It's the website that says that your pc does not have a GPU.

Personally I would just get nvidea never had issues with them.

I was on a budget , I mesagged one guy on local market site here for 3060 asus 637.58 $ He didnt reply for couple of days and after I bought this 6600 for same price 637.58$ , He replied lol

I know that , The benchmark was stable, I took picture to show gpu watts , 241 was minimal , in the benchmark .
