Internal Hard Drive : WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0
SSD : A-Data SU650 120GB
Lately my hard drive is reading/writing very slowly. I performed chkdsks. I did defragment. I cleaned it completely and used it again but no use and everytime I transfer some big files it stops transferring files and rate drops to 0 byte/sec. I tried Teracopy and it works for a while but then my hard disk gets completely hanged and I'd have to restart it every time in order to transfer files 1 by 1.
RAM : 4 GB DDR4
I have OS installed on a SSD so PC is working quite smooth.
I have installed all the drivers up to date.
I have an antivirus (paid) and I checked for virus . No virus
I have cleaned all the dust inside the PC and all the wires too.
Please help me with this issue. I don't want to buy another hard drive before trying every possible way to fix it.
