[SOLVED] Is my monitor, or gpu broken?

Hello, since a few months my monitor has been acting very weird, but it started having problems more frequently. I have already changed my hdmi cable.
Do you guys know if its my monitor thats broken, or my GPU?

btw: video plays along just like nothing happened and I also cant hear any windows sound if something was unplugged ...

My first thought on the video was....bad connection.
So I would check all the connections and replace the cable (I realize you've done that)....so the next thing I would do would be to try another monitor. I think that's the simplest way to find out.
