Question Is my PC under performing?

So I currently have:

CPU: i7 8700K
GPU: DUAL-RTX2080TI-O11G
RAM: 32GB

I performed a Time Spy benchmark within 3DMark and got a score of 7218.... as seen here https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/42723887?

Is my PC screwed up atm I feel like this score for these components is really low... and its scaring me because I dont want to go through an RMA process. Any help, suggestions, tips?

Your 2080ti looks like it's kinda low in that userbenchmark but userbenchmark is not really accurate.

You should not be too concerned about benchmark like this. What does it feel inside the games you're playing?

What kind of FPS do you have and at what resolution?

Hello thanks for your response, games feel OK. When I play @1440p:

RedDeadRedemption 2 (Medium to High settings) = ~40-50FPS
StarWars BF2 (High settings) = ~60-70FPS
Call of Duty MW (Ultra settings)= ~80-90FPS
Rainbow Six: Siege (Ultra settings)= ~100FPS

There arent any display/color/tearing issues. The only issues I face are frame rate issues. I believe they are low on a setup like mine. Any suggestions, tips, advice?
