Question is my power supply good for average graphics cards ?

I am 450W psu of thermaltake

this is the PSU :

the model number is : LTP-450AL2NK

will this be good for today's avarge graphics cards like RX 570 or GTX 1650 ?

It's enough for a 1650/1060/1650S, but not for a rx570.

Thermaltakes are pretty much universally condemned as garbage and you should probably look into a higher quality unit if you value your system at all.

But yes, it'll be enough for the gtx 1650.

In that forum you gave your location as the United States so they assumed you were running a 230V power supply on 110V; that information was missing here.

Now we learn (from you on that forum) that you are actually running on 220V
