Is my power supply good quality?

Hi so I was looking at the r9 290 graphics card and it says it requires a 600 watt psu but people in the comments says it should be a "good quality psu". So before I buy this I would like to know if this power supply is good: http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001656

Just open an e-mail from Newegg. They have a Antec NeoEco 620C for $65 with a 25 mir. Antec is very slow mailing rebates. It's a non modular plan psu with 80+ rating.The oem is Seasonics a good one. The rating of 620w is at 50C. Showing hit has decent parts. The 12v rails put out 576w of the 620w. This shows a decent design and power ratings are not inflated by the 5v and3v rails. List prices of psu are inflated and do not represent selling prices.

sorry GRU my bad LOL. I can understand what tiny voices is saying. although hardware secrets has not t posted a PSU review in a long time. hence why I recommended jonnyguru and techpowerup (both of which test PSUS using load testers, oscilloscopes and hotboxes. not just hooking it up to a rig and pray it works like most sites do.) also Jonnyguru and TPU dissemble the unis and analyse the parts used (like hardware secrets) and look for QC issues.
