Is my PSU enough for my build?

Right now I’m having some issues with my PC performance and dying components.

My build is:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8400
MB: ASUS PRIME Z370-A
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (3000Mhz CL15)
GPU: ASUS DUAL GTX 1060 6GB OC
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250Gb
HDD: WD Blue 160GB 3.5”, WD Blue 4TB 3.5” (Deceased)
Case: Corsair Carbide 400C
Keyboard: Logitech G610 Orion Brown
Mouse: Cougar Revenger RGB
Gamepad: Xbox One Controller
PSU: Seasonic FOCUS Gold 550W Semi-Modular (Not PLUS Version)

My GPU died a couple of weeks ago, and got one new for guarantee, but now my 4TB HDD stopped working just as well taking all of the files inside with it.

I didn’t give it that much of a thought, but I’m starting to think that saving 20 bucks on my PSU voltage wasn’t worth it if it’s causing all of this failures.

That do you think? May it be my PSU that’s causing all of those failures? Is it enough power for my build? Or should I get a better one?

Checkout the connection where you connect your pc to. It might occur because of voltage failures and also check the temperature of your components while running games sometimes components get too hot because of insufficient cooling.
