Is my PSU good enough to OC

I've just overclocked my Ryzen 1400 from 3.2 ghz to a stable 3.7 and was wondering if it's safe from the amount of wattage i have, I'm using "1.275" of CPU volts , temps while running cinebench stay 60-65. My psu and system specs are ,

PSU= 450 Bronze EVGA
CPU: Ryzen 1400
GPU: Rx 580 4gb Armor
Ram-8gb 2200ghz
SSD= NONE
HDD= 1 terabyte.

Even highest OC ads maybe 1% total power consumption, not big deal.
