Question Is my SSD messed up? (slow speeds)

Hi, I have a Kingston 240gb A400 SSD, and it seems to be a lot slower than it should be. I did an AS SSD Benchmark and got 200/190 mbs read/write speeds. I also did a user benchmark and the ssd placed in the 14%percentile, and it said "Ensure that this drive is connected to a SATA 3.0 port with a SATA 3.0 cable." How do I check this and does this matter? Thanks

Do you know which motherboard you have?
If this is a prebuilt, like HP or Dell, whats the Product or Service tag # from the sticker on the back.

I built it myself. The mobo is a msi b85-ie35
I got it off ebay and it seems pretty uncommon
