Question Is None-ECC RAM compatible with this motherboard ?

Hello all,

Would a socket 1151 motherboard with an Intel C236 chipset from an HP Z240 Workstation take Non-ECC RAM?

It accepts both ECC and non-ECC RAM, but you must not mix them.

This workstation does support both ECC and Non-ECC memory.
For sure, do not mix ECC and Non-ECC memory, they are not compatible together.
