Question is ryzen5 5600g and rx 6600 cause a bottleneck?

so when i play game my cpu is around 60% and gpu 95-97%, im playing at fhd with almost ultra setting on. when i turn all the ultra setting my cpu usage is increasing even more to 70%
note that i already disable the igpu in bios and also Oc both cpu and gpu
*all driver are up to date.

PSU: 1stplayer dk premium 600w 80plus brownze
OS: windows 11 pro 23h2 (lates update)
