Question Is Samsung EVO SSD Compatible with my motherboard?

will Samsung 860 EVO SSD 1TB work with my Asus P8B75-M/CSM Mother Board? (Windows 10 pro)

If so anything special I must do before I clone my 500 gig ide? or can I just put it in as a slave drive and clone it then swap it with my c drive?
