I have overclock Cpu AMD Phenom ii x6 1055t @ 3.5ghz@ stock cooler
Ram. Corsair Vengence 4gb ddr3 1600mhz,
Mobo. ASUS M4A78LT-M.
PSW. Cooler master extreme power 650watt.
these settings are stable(i have checked these settings via prime95 at 6 hours test succuessfull) but some times BSOD Appears and windows system explorer stop working...
i have posted images of Bois settings.

look like no vcore setting in bios , that just CPU VDDA ( CPU overvoltage) ... everything allright but the overvolt CPuU is high ... can you drop to 1.3v? that is too high showing in CPU-z 1.52 for 3.5ghz , make me scare and load line calibration don't let auto (maybe high/extreme/disabled .. which) .. you need mobo upto 140W TDP if want higher than 3.6GHZ .. just suggestion

Thanx for reply sir,
Ok, i will drop voltage,
Some times WIndows xplorer stops working when i overclock with these settings, and after some time bsod appears..
Is BSOD(memory dumping) appears by overvoltage of processor?

after droping overvoltage to 1.3v BSOD and system crashes and then
I drop to cpu overvoltage 1.32v? no bsod yet..
i want to know one thing more that:
IS overclocking Dram freq. and ht/nb freq. intelligence? is there any benefit???....

WIndows xplorer stops working : caused by RAM not stable under overclocking

IS overclocking Dram freq. and ht/nb freq. intelligence? is there any benefit???...
overclock the RAM will increase performance, while the NB / HTlink little improvement. You already have a good ram, try lowering the RAM voltage may be better and loosen 9-9-9-27 / 9-10-10-27 to seek stability.

Here's an easy answer. But i'm not sure if it will work on you.

My Athlon II X2 245 DA-C2 @ 3.5Ghz OC (250x14 - Vcore 1.425) is unstable with 2000mhz NB Freq. With 2250mhz, it becomes stable.

I think 1.425 vcore should work on you too. 1.5v is too much for 3.5ghz...

Bump NB to 2250. Stock NB voltage should work.. if not bump NB voltage to 1.2v

You could set NB to 2500mhz with 1.25 nb voltage.

___________

set tRAS and tRC to Auto or manually set it to tRAS 27 and tRC 36. (9x3 and 9x4)

Now i have new experiment..
I have drop cpu multiplier to 14x to 13x + cpu reference clock to 275
Cpu=3.7ghz,
Cpu over voltage 1.42v was not stable i have increased to 1.43v
Ram drop to 553=733mhz timing 9 9 9 25 41,
ht/nb link=1925mhz,
checking stablity 4 hours its stable, no BSOD yet,
So, are these settings ok?

of course ... but keep your eyes at temperature when fulload max 60C if over try drop voltage or OC .. ussualy 1.48-1.52v depend your chip good or not.
your mobo board is very difficult to oc that chip ... but can try, see your CPU-Z at in above 1.52v show 3.5Ghz acctually that voltage can get 4ghz.

- first save yourlast OC at profile in the bios
- ran 4ghz you must step by step .. from 3.5 to 3.8 first or less, find stable in 3.8ghz last
- last your setting : 13x 270 try at 13x285 without raise voltage or 14x 272
drop HT to 1400/1600 , drop RAM to 1333 it will help boot, disable Cool n quite/ Turbo (i think no turbo 😀) / and spread spectrum
- test stabillity ... if you get BSOD .. report in the next reply
- good luck bro

Now my bios settings is
cpu bus 295x 13x multipler=3.9ghz
cpu overvoltage 1.54v
dram freq=785mhz is shown in cpu id.
dram voltage=1.65v
dram timmings=9 9 9 25 41 1t
ht/nb link 2065mhz.
vddnb voltage=auto
chipset voltage=auto
load line calibration= auto

i have check stability test with prime95 but only stable at 1hour,after 1hour prime95 worker says fatal error...
max temp is 51c.
i also try decrease cpu voltage but not help...1.52 also not stable..

wow .. it's too high .. soon drop it and do not try it .. dangerous . although your temp is cool i don't recommend raise voltage , i don't know why your board give Chip very high voltage. i recommend go lower as possible and LLC at exterme / disabled .. you had good ram chip but no luck with motherboard. you need big TDP mobo min Chipset 880 and 890 or Am3+ with TDP 140W ... i'm sorry can't help u this time.

ok,i have drop it at 3.8ghZand voltage to 1.45v,
now stablitiy test started at 20:40...
