PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W(big mistake, i know, but it was enough for my gtx 1050ti)

So I bought an Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super Windforce OC, and my working Fallout 4 stopped working.
After loading working saves(worked on 1050ti), in 0.5-1 minute the game dies/crashes.
Two kinds of crashes are:
a)It just crashes to desktop

b)The pc bluescreens and restarts: The bluescreen was only visible first time and it said:"VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR" <- not 100%, but I think this was it, now it just restarts, but I still get the "Event Name:BlueScreen" in Event Viewer.

Fallout 4 is the only game that does it, I tried Ghost Recon: Wildlands,Overwatch,Battlefield 5,"3DMark Firestrike/Time Spy".

So can it be a PSU problem, or its Fallout 4's problem.

Looks like a problem related to the Game itself, FO4, since all other games run fine on this PC. Do you have the game on STEAM ? Tried re-installing it as well ?

Havent tried reinstalling yet, because I would need to reinstall all my mods, but im gonna do it tonight or next morning, will report back.
P.S:Also thank you for the suggestion of the Gigabyte card, I bought it like next day. I really like it but its running quite hot, but tbh probably because of airflow of the case.

Yep thats me. The max temp I have seen is 83 Celsius, with i think 100% fan speeds in Ghost Recon Wildlands.
The airflow is not the best atm, because I only have the default 1 intake 1 exhaust fan in the Deepcool Tesseract SW.

Oh BTW, if you plan to re-install the game/FO4, then only play the vanilla base version. Do not use any MODs for the time being.

I didnt want to at first, only if its working correctly.
PS: Also the a few of the fallout tests were also done without mods, to rule out mods, but still the same problem.
PSS: Fallout worked after deleting my .inis, but next try it didnt work again.

So uhm it works. I dont know why, i deleted the .ini-s again, started the launcher again let it set auto settings, loaded into menu, quit, ran the game again, worked, quit, changed settings back to ultra, launched the exe as an admin, and now it works.
PS: I guess thats the best answer, and thank you for your help.
