[SOLVED] Is there a big difference between the Zotac 1650 Super and the Asus 1650 Super TUF OC?

The difference in performance between two manufacturers for roughly the same model is generally small.
If I had to choose between the two I would go for the ASUS because I have had great luck with ASUS,,,,but that's just me.

Assuming you mean these two? The only difference I'm seeing is that the ASUS has a better boost clock, reaching 1800 MHz vs. the Zotac's 1725 MHz. This will give slightly faster/better performance.
