[SOLVED] is there a way to reattach fans

I have a zotac gtx 1070 mini card which one of the two fans fell off, it works fine and no other damage, it looks like the fan was attached via slide on or pressure fitted is there a way to reattach(glue) this fan to the video card or do I need to breakdown the card and get new fans like on e-bay

Did the fan fell and the frame of the fan is still attached to the GPU with 3 screws?
It will be helpful if you can provide clear pictures.
If you glue the fan to the fan frame it might not spin...the fan is held by pressure or clips.

You could try removing the frame and pop the fan back into place.
If the fan housing is dirty it should be clean with electrical contact cleaner and grease should be re-applied to the shaft.

Yep the card looks in perfect condition but just the fan itself comes off... the base/mount is fully intact and there doesnt seem to be anything wrong other than the fan wont stay on its shaft
