So here, my cat dropped my HP laptop out of nowhere. I picked it up and hit the power button, then keeps freezing at Windows 8 logo. I tried everything for 1 hour but no luck. So I decided to take a look inside of the hard drive by myself (since I knew it was in fault). I opened it but Im not so familiar at it, so I just took a look I make sure the mirror disk (if that's what you call to that thing) and put it back. But everything got worse, cause this time I didn't see the logo anymore T_T What should I do??! Please don't blame me (Im in big big big regret now..) Somebody got a way to fix it somehow or should I just bring it to the repair shop? (and how much?) Any answers will appreciate! Thanks.

Opening your HDD was a VERY stupid thing to do. One spec of dust inside can crash the heads and ruin the surface.. (which is probably what has happened).
If you have data on the HDD you MUST recover.. you can only send it now to a specialist data recovery company and they can probably get your data.. but it will be expensive.
If you have no precious data.. just buy a new HDD .. reinstall Windows and start again (but start taking backups this time).
HTH

Data recovery company might be able to salvage something but be prepared to pay in the $1000 range for them to even try and that's with no guarantees of success. Other than that if it wasn't broken before it is after you opened it.
