Question Is there any harm of multiple disk management?

Is the HDD controller would be damaged after many deleted partition or formatings been done? For example after 2 continuous deletion of partitions and formatings and creating new ones?

I've formatted drives dozens of times without incident.

If I do 2 continuous extended tests (10 hours total), and between them I delete, create and format drive, for a new test. Each time after scan.
