Is there anything wrong with this motherboard?

So ive recently been picking out the pieces for a new rig that im gonna build, im going for a razer?green and black theme. The only newer board that fits my build i could find was this one

I can barely find any information or reviews on it and it just makes me think that there might be a flaw in it. im planning on overclocking and doing SLI on it

Equipped with an 8 phase (maybe 10, it's hard to see) power delivery system and good sized heatsinks in all the right places, this board looks like it'll get an i7 6700K to at least 4500Mhz.

It looks like a very well built board, and I'd expect nothing less of Gigabyte's higher priced models.
