My thoughts:
R5-5600x is well matched to a rx6600 graphics card.
The 5600x is not an overly hot chip and does not need liquid cooling.
A 120 sized aio is useless and is out performed by a good air cooler like the will be cooled adequately with a air cooler like the
Thermaltake peerless assassin 120.
Cheaper too.
I like the case, it is good for air cooling.

16gb of ram may well do you, but these days games are needing more and a 2 x 16gb kit is the usual recommendation.
Pick a kit from your motherboard's ram qvl list to insure compatibility.
Ryzen depends on fast ram for performance; a higher speed is better.

I would avoid second tier ssd devices. Look to Samsung or similar. The last thing you want to have problems with is your C drive.

On the psu, go with better quality. Look for at least 7 to 10 years warranty.
The incremental cost of going from 650w to 750w and 850w is often minimal.
That allows you to upgrade the gpu at a later date.
A psu will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Look to Seasonic focus or Corsair rm units.
