Its not bad but as you stated cheap parts is only one issue of them. They also tend to have varying degrees of build quality and more often then not you will get a single stick of slow RAM which limits you to single channel.

Here is a parts list to build your own. Power supply prices are pretty high right now ddue to supply shortages from China. Overall this is a better computer with a slightly faster GPU 1660 Super vs the 1660 that the Cyberpower has.

If prebuilt is easier for you check out PowerSpec prebuilts from Micro Center
You can always buy a cheaper nvidia GPU like the 1660 for around $200-$300
Of course you will need to buy a better power supply to go with it
