Is this a good pc build for $600?

So I made a thread a little while back saying that I need a gaming pc for $600 that can run bf4 at a solid 60 fps at about medium settings.

I think it's pretty good for it's price. I showed it to my cousin and he said that I don't need that good of a graphics card and that I should get a better cpu and mother board. I tried to do that but I couldn't keep it at $600. Do I need to make the change? If so than can you make a build at pc part picker similar to it just with some tweaks. Or just make a new one all together. Or do I need to make a change at all? I'm trying to get the best build possible. Hope this helps.

it's your choice really, the 650ti boost and the 750ti are really close for the most part.
The 750ti at stock clock speeds can get 27-35 FPS in BF4 in ultra, so you'd have no problem playing it at high with 40-50 FPS.
You could also check around newegg for the FTW edition of the 750ti. It may be a little costlier, but it comes with a 6-pin power connector, which will allow you to be able to over-clock the 750ti then you would with a 750ti without the extra 6-pin.
For about 600 bucks thats probably the best you are going to get. The CPU isn't the greatest and you probably won't be able to upgrade your graphics card in the future with out a CPU upgrade as well but overall it looks like a nice build.

Thanks. I'll be building it soon.

I changed the case simply for aesthetics, I personally find the BitFenix Shinobi Window to look miles better than the Galaxy and they're valued at the same price.
I changed the GTX 650ti for the GTX 750ti. These cards do trade blows, but the GTX 750ti allows for much better over-clocking from what I've seen so it should pull on-top. AND it's also cheaper, so that's an additional bonus. ( watch them battle it out here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Hc0xUReZwU )
I picked windows 8 just because it's better, read here to find out why ( http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2411451,00.asp )

EDIT : Also, if when you're buying you manage to find a XFX proseries or anything Seasonic with the same wattage (450W - 500W) Then I'd suggest you get one of them instead as they're a higher tier of Power supply.
DOUBLE EDIT : I decided to watch the rest of the video I posted. The two cards seem to fluctuate quite a bit, some times the 650ti is higher, sometimes the 750ti is higher, but the 750ti can still be over-clocked better than the 650ti.

I think I'm going to build that instead. It can run bf4 on around medium? Thanks!
