Is this a great gaming pc?

Hey guys, recently I've been debating whether or not I should join the realm of pc gaming. I could have many benefits and features from getting a good desktop pc, so I set up a local classified ad to trade my ps4 for a gaming pc. I'm very tech savvy and know quite a bit so if that helps in explaining general concepts and such. So I set up an ad and got a reply. Here's the offer I've been given and I'd like someone to tell me if it's worth it. So the pc he's offering has this (directly quoted from his inquiry): "I have the following PC, would you be interested? AMD Phenom II 965 Black 3.6GHz MSI Gaming 970 motherboard 8GB DDR3 Geforce GTX660 2GB 128GB SSD 1.5TB HDD DVD burner Gamdias backlit keyboard/mouse." Is this off equivalent performance of the ps4 or should I reject him? Thanks for any advice or opinions.

Hi, considering we don't know the condition of the hardware or the legitimacy of the seller I'm just going to recommend you this, it is a build that crushes the next-gen consoles (PS4, XBONE) and is around the same price (~454 USD). You could do this by selling your PS4.

As much as they sounds like a good deal, I doubg I'll have the time to find to find a buyer to give me that much money added up. Also, the legitimacy of the trader is legit and also is throwing in a 1089p benq moniyir and an official windows 8.1 OS and the PC has been used less than a few months.

Then that build seems fine, but the cpu and gpu will need to be updated in a year max if you want to play new games on higher resolutions and settings with good fps.
