Less than a month old all new pc build makes extremely loud high pitch noise. I assume it's coming from my gpu as it goes away when closing a game. However, lowering fps doesn't make it go away.
Can someone confirm it's coil whine? From what I've seen, this seems quite a bit louder. Also, can you get a replacement for this & will it help?
