My number one priority is protecting my PC outages or surges, i dont really care about how much more time a UPS can give me when a power outage occurs.

Will something like APC - Back-UPS 650VA, 230V or APC - Back-UPS 850VA, 230V do the job? im trying to budget here so the cheaper the better.

I haven't bought a PC yet but these are the specs I plan to buy
