[SOLVED] is this fake dual channel ?

I currently have 1x4 and 1x16 ram, same speed, but not same capacity as you see, but in cpu-z it says that its running at dual channel, if i return the 1x16 and use 2x8 instead will i get better performance ?

Not all of the ram will be in dual channel, it's running in hybrid/flex mode. 8gb is is dual channel and the remaining 12gb is in single channel.

2 8gb stick in full dual channel could be faster depending on the application.

im actually curious if i should replace with 2x8, unless i'd have more memory and just buy another 16gb in future
