If i overclock the GPU and PSU, can the processor handle it?

also, is this cooler enough?

the 2500k can handle any gfx card available today. your cpu and gfx card will play nicely together.

the CPU is more than enough for a gtx570. it is nice even for 2xgtx580.

get a better cooler for the CPU. a very budget minded option is coolermaster hyper 212+. it can easily take your 2500k to 4.5ghz.
