Intel i5 2500k Overclocked (over 4)
GTX 570 (Later upgrade to SLI)

My options are:

Original ASUS® P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3: PCI-E 3.0 READY, SLI, CROSSFIREX £143.00

or

New Item ASUS® SABERTOOTH P67 (NEW REV 3.0): USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, THERMAL ARMOR! £135.00

Power Supply:
CORSAIR 850W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX850 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE

If i overclock the GPU and PSU, can the processor handle it?

also, is this cooler enough?

SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE INTEL CPU COOLER (£19)

get the z68 board.
the CPU is more than enough for a gtx570. it is nice even for 2xgtx580.

get a better cooler for the CPU. a very budget minded option is coolermaster hyper 212+. it can easily take your 2500k to 4.5ghz.
