Is this PSU good enough for my build?

I already have all the parts, but I was just reading some threads about PSUs, and it seems there is more than meets the eye when it comes to quality. So I just wanted to check with you guys in case it is a bad PSU, or something like that.

Wattage is fine, but the quality is low. You should get a better unit by EVGA or Seasonic.

So I already have it all hooked up (the final parts arrived today) - do you think it's a big enough deal for me to go through the return process and buy a new one? (I'd obviously rather not). The reviews looked good on pcpartpicker, and the price is about the same... is there a big difference?

I should be Ok, just not as high a quality as I'd normally see with such a build. For reference, it's a Tier 3 of 5 unit:

Ooh, that is a useful article. Okay, well thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. I guess I will just stick with what I have since I don't want to go through the whole process again lol.
