the psu i have chosen is Seasonic S12II 520 is this a good selction

Yes. It should be adequate for your system, since you can't overclock.

The seasonic S12II series are the old war horse of quality power supplies. Old design done about as well as it could possibly be done. Stable voltages, ridiculously low ripple, quiet, 5 year warranty, all japanese capacitors. It's hard to do better at the same price and really easy to do worse. Pull the trigger.
