RAM -

Crucial 32GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM CT32G4DFD832A

Motherboard -

PRIME H610M-E D4

Processor - i512400
Graphics Card - RTX 3060
PSU - PSU - Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 650 230V

I checked the Crucial Ram Compatibility - it says it can work with my motherboard

but the asus motherboard compatibility does not show the same ram model
it shows

Crucial 32 Gb model with this model number
CT32G4DFD8266.16FB1
and timing 19-19-19-43

but my ram model number is

CT32G4DFD832A

and timing is 22-22-22

When i boot up the speaker produces the sound code 1 long beep and 3 short beep ( Graphics card error ) but my graphics card works and I have successfully installed win 11 on the system with the same ram and graphics card which is now not booting up.

This problem started when I once touched the back of case and felt a current and after that system won’t boot up and only the speaker produces sound code for 1 time ( 1 long and 3 short ) maybe the shock would have caused the problem ?

So what should I do should I return it and get a compatible ram -

Adata XPG Gammix D20 32GB AX4U320032G16A-CBK20

Return the ram Regardless.
CT32G4DFD832A
ram is a 32gb single stick.

It is not clear to me why this failed.
Likely the shock you felt did some damage.
Check that your wall outlet is grounded with proper polarity.
A simple $10 tester can do that.

What you want is a dual stick kit of 2 x 16gb so you can run in faster dual channel operation.
