[SOLVED] Is this right?

Alright first time PC builder here, now from various video's i've watched on youtube they said the CPU should drop right in? Now looking at the core...idk it seems off? I noticed the top part of the core fits snugly into the sockets while the bottom part of the core...you can see some of the pins like in this Picture
(another view of the core it's a bit off? )

So what's the verdict guys?

There are alignment marks on the CPU and socket. Make sure they line up.

just the triangle right? because it's in the right corner? could this be a bent pin(s) issue?

Could be. You did make sure to lift the lock lever before inserting the CPU, correct?

Haha yea I did that. It seemed a few pins were slightly off so after that, it all just went right in smoothly!
