Question Is this Samsung B-Die?

Is this really a Samsung B-Die or something else? As I know that B-Die's are of very low timings. This particular memory model is also not listed on the manufacturer website.

Because that shows it is a Samsung B-Die, it should the b-die. And I found the passmark for the reference:
