After playing with some of the wire, and moving stuff around I am getting this continuous ticking sound. I removed every part of my pc besides the cpu, and the motherboard. I took out psu to listen but no sound.

The only thing I can think of is it’s my motherboard, but I’m not 100% sure.(I checked every fan to see if anything was hitting a wire but no dice.

I took off my cpu, and heat sink to check them out to see if anything was weird but nothing noticeable, but I feel like it’s possible it’s one of them too because I tried to change the color of the rgb on my heat sink, but it made this really loud sound.

I’m just scared to buy anything unless I can figure out what is exactly wrong so I can fix it.

Have you tried stopping each fan, one at a time, with a finger just to see if the sounds changes? That's what I'd suspect...and don't forget the fans in the GPU, assuming they are running.

You don't actually have to stop the fan...just make it change speed. If the sound changes you found the the culprit.

I checked all of the fans, and removed every part from my pc(besides the ones that would make it not turn on) and it just kept making that noise.
