Is this worth $2000 CAD

No way. For one thing it's IBUYPOWER - a company that is notorious for shoddy systems and even worse technical support . They also go cheap and give you way too many generic parts - like the PSU for instance, which can, and probably will fail on you at some point, requiring a replacement. Plus if you build it yourself you can get much better than a 1070TI for that kind of money. Or if you built a system yourself with a 1070TI you would save about $500 easily.

This build is around 50% more powerful than the one you listed. But even more important thing is that the quality of the build is far superior than the prebuilt one.

If you build on your own instead of buying prebuilt you get far better build for similar budget.
