Isle of the Cult: Hint Request [SPOILERS]

Hi everyone. I've managed to piggy-back on other people's requests up
to now, but I'm stuck on (what should be) one of the last puzzles.
Lighting the beacon to signal the boatman. The game won't accept
anything in my inventory as firewood and I can't find anything else
moveable on the island (except the stone stool). Any hints (or even
outright spoilers) would be appreciated.

You need to make a fire out of wood, right? What have you seen fairly
near to the beacon that is made out of wood?

It's a man-made object.
