[SOLVED] Issue after bios update (F40) (Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi)

I am having an interesting issue after updating to bios version F40 from version F5. I needed to upgrade my bios in order to run Ryzen 3000 in which I recently upgraded to from Ryzen 3 2200g. The problem I am having is that my computer boots straight into the bios and when I go into the options under "chipset" it displays [not installed] for ever Sata port listed (therefore its not detecting a boot device). Somehow I was able to resolve this issue the first time by changing the Sata Ports that the hard drives were inserted into. But, after I shut down my computer I am again at square one. Does anyone know what can be causing this or what I could try doing.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Geforce RTX 2060
Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro Wifi
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: Crucial MX500

First of all the F40 bios is really old but doesn't explain the booting into bios,,the latest bios is F50,,When you did the F40 bios flash did you follow the instructions on the gigabyte website about that particular bios. It had some instructions to do other things at the same time.
Just read the part about going to F32 BEFORE F40

I followed the instructions word for word, I was able to fix it by just updating to bios F41. Something with update F40 must have had an issue with my SATA drives apparently. Appreciate the response.
