[SOLVED] Issue with GPU installation - no display

I recently removed my RX 580 and installed a RTX 2060 super. Before doing so, I used DDU to uninstall all AMD display drivers. Currently, when I try to boot up, there is a black screen and I am unable to access my BIOS or even boot into windows. I believe the GPU installation was not faulty as the lights are on and fans are spinning. I have tried to use the onboard hdmi display and still nothing. I have tried to put my old gpu back in and boot up and still get a black screen.
