Hey there. Having issues with my gaming setup. Recently I decided to upgrade the PSU from the Thermaltake 650w to a Corsair rm750e 80+ gold PSU due to the Corsair being higher quality. Ever since I installed the new Corsair PSU, I have had nothing but problems. The problem being one of my monitors CONSTANTLY changing hz. I have 2 34inch lg ultrawide monitors, monitor 1 is always at 160hz and always has been, and Monitor 2 used to always be at 160hz but now Constantly changes its value, ranging from 160-134-145-160-152-147hz. This causes the screen to flicker and occasionally crash. I never had this problem before I swapped out the PSU. So after this occurred, I decided to take out the Corsair PSU and reinstall the old thermaltake Psu hoping the problem would be fixed, but the issue is still occurring. This has been extremely frustrating as I am able to use the computer fine unless you try to load into a game. Thats when the refresh rate issue starts occurring. The Computer ran amazing before all of this happened, so I’m just trying to get it back to how it was. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😁

Not that a power supply should cause that, but please tell us you used the correct new cabling from the Corsair?

I would check the connections and make sure that a part of the cable didn't push back out of the connector. Otherwise, the video cable itself.

I used the wiring from Corsair for the Corsair Psu, and the wiring from Thermaltake for the Thermaltake Psu. Nothing was mixed up
