Question Issues with GTX 1650 (GIGABYTE WINDFORCE OC, 4gb GDDR5) please help!

Pc specs : GPU GTX 1650 windforce OC gigabyte Cpu core i5 9400f Psu ant eSports 650w (it's not the issue of psu because I replace my GPU with someone else's and it works fine) Motherboard gigabyte b450 Ram vengeance 8gb ddr4
issue:black screen( HDMI display conection going off and fans ramp up to 100%) (November 2023)

So in march of this year 2024 I decided to run a DDU with my backup card gt 730 and then put back my 1650 , When I did plug in the 1650 and tried to turn on the PC it never turned on , no lights no movement nothing just pure silent . From what I remember from my memory is that one of the HDMI slot was kinda brokey and when I did plug the HDMI cable into that the pc dosen't turn on but on other slots it does , Now my stupid mind forgot to do that while I did the DDU day before yesterday ( Iam now back using the gt 730 ) , So I was wondering would a faulty HDMI connection block the pc from turning on ?

Could be a driver error, try deleting and reinstalling from the device manager. Also have you tried clearing the cmos???

If the card that you've pinned down as the culprit doesn't work on a donor platform then the issue can and very well be the card itself.

How old is the PSU in your build?

Since the PC runs with the GT 730, the problem seems isolated to the 1650. This leads me to believe its the card.

The pc was built 3 years ago

I saw the CMOS battery but was kinda worried about reseating it , and by the way i have done display driver uninstall

May work it’s really easy just look up a tutorial, I do believe your gpu may be dead though and as you mentioned you unfortunately cannot rma.

Like I mentioned I had once a problem where one of the HDMI slots of the GPU didn't work and the pc didn't turn on because of that but the other slot did , when I did DDU I plugged it into the slot where it was broken I believe , Do you know why this happened?
