Question Issues with memory WINDOWS DIAGNOSTIC

Hello,
So i just finished my newest Build! But now i fear the 2 x 16 crossair RAM sticks may be Faulty. I have had a few BSODs. But they are dual-layered and overlap. Causing a Weird almost unreadable MESH. After looking at it REALLY REALLY hard i found it said MEMORY_MANAGMENT.

Now i am crashing once every few days but its a brand new system and i made sure to use an anti static surface and wrist strap :/ as i always do. So i have been going through a list to find the issue. I ran windows memory diagnostic on it first and here are the results.

So i am going to run MEMTEST tomorrow to test it and see if it really is the RAM. I really hope it can be replaced, its brand new. Any other ideas i should look out for?
