Question It looks like my PC works but all other components are not reaponding

Well, it all started 2 days ago when I was finished playing on my computer
In the next morning when I tried opening it... The monitor keyboard mouse and headphones wasnt responding at all...
I didn't do anything bad... Im fricking out thats my new computer
Any ideas?

Do any lights come on? Do the fans spin? Are you sure the power outlet works? How long have you had your 'new' computer?
