iTunes network error

Yes this is a apple question but Tom's Hardware is better suite for my question. Every time i open iTunes or it attempts to connect to the network, it gives me a network error. Before you say "check your firewall" i've thoroughly examined both Windows and Zone Alarm, and yes, allowing exceptions to both Bonjour and iTunes.

Exact error message please, and this ONLY happens to iTunes? All other access to Internet fine?

Yes everything is fine, i can connect to everything without hiccups. The error is "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (0x80090308)." it also came up with "connection restricted" or "denied" somewhere along those lines, but when i did with the second message it didn't show the code.
