Question Java installer wont do anything at all, entering a game setup pops up an error.

First day of using my new computer, didn't expect that there will be any problems, i don't really understand why many apps won't even start installation.


I tried to install java and after running the installer as administrator nothing happens at all, doesn't even appear in task manager. Tried installing 32 and 64 bit versions, tried installing offline versions, what do i do?
I also tried downloading pirated witcher 3, and the installer popped up an "Runtime error at 52 711'' and an '' Access violation at adress 00000000''
