I've been playing on a friend's server for a while now, but out of the blue, I can't seem to connect to it at all. I tried other connections, but nothing would connect to him directly. We tried checking both of our router settings, but nothing is showing what is wrong. It seems that I can connect for a split second, then am disconnected shortly after. I'm not sure what to do about fixing this. (VPN does allow me to connect, but I stream on this server, so that really wont work for me.)

Is it only you who can't connect?

You did not include any details about how access to that friend' server is set up - port forwarding, VPN, public VPS...
Yes, it's only me who cannot connect.

The server is port forwarded - using the https://canyouseeme.org/ website, we did see the server was open. Others are able to join just fine, and the server is hosted directly from his house using a 96GB RAM, Intel Xeon L5640 PC. (I've never really messed with hardware parts of servers too much, so I'm not sure what will help)
