Just a little...not extreme

You guys have been great at helping this noob out.

I would like to OC my i7 920 to something 'guaranteed' to be safe. I am thinking that about 3.5 or 3.6 would be a good target. Here is my delemna. I don't know where to begin. Here is the build:

i7 920
asus p6t
4850x2 2gb
corsair 750w
stock CPU fan

I think that I would be limited by the stock CPU fan.

Also, would I manually set each of the BIOS settings? What would they be?
or
Would it be easier if I use the TURBO V GUI? what would I change on that? do I need to change any settings in the BIOS to be able to adjust the TURBO V settings?

It IS advisable to OC in the Bios and not use an OCing utility.

YES, before doing any OCing you should get a GOOD aftermarket cooler. You have a very nice rig, theres no sense in having to buy things twice.
